Diamond Cottage Resort & Spa, Karon

I had an overall decent experience at the hotel, with a few noteworthy highs and lows. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the check-in process felt a bit disorganized. The location is fantastic, allowing easy access to both Karon and Kata beaches, although the dining experience leaves room for improvement due to cleanliness issues. While the amenities like the pool area are enjoyable, there were some maintenance woes that detracted from the overall comfort.

I spent eight wonderful nights at this hotel and was very pleased with my choice. The location is ideal, nestled between Kata and Karon beaches, and close to plenty of dining options and activities. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which added to the enjoyable experience. However, the bathroom had some minor issues with water pressure and temperature control, and I wouldn't recommend the airport transfer due to its high cost.
